Bidmasters on WhatsApp

One star is to much! Should have a no star option! Stay clear of this whatsapp group, Bidmasters, runned by a lady named Chantelle Barrett from Rustenburg. Paid for items on bid on the 3rd of May 2024, and up to date, still no parcel. Every week is another excuse and story of why parcels are not sent. Been asking for a refund for 4 weeks now, and being ignored. We are approximately 180+ people we know off waiting for parcels and/or refunds. She got very aggressive when we started a group with unhappy customers, blaming us of sabotage and threats if we don't stop. She turned her groups to admins only, so no one can complain there, only to her personally, and then you get ignored for days. Just to get a automated message saying they need more time and waiting on stock. Then promise to refund by the following Friday, just to have another no show and empty promises. Don't fall for this, save yourself money and frustration.
