discrimination and bad service
security lady without a name tag which her supervisor Moses refused to give out her name, on the 16 April 2016 late at night at around past 1 am refused us to leave with the sealed alcohol from Jembe, <br> when asked whether we will get refund or not she said she doesn't have an idea whether we will be refunded or not. while talking to her a white lady passed us with a glass with something inside, when we ask why are you not searching her she said the lady is a regular customer there is no need to search her.<br> <br> later another white couple came out we asked her to search them she did but told the white lady in front of us that \this people are giving me hard time so I have to search you\". "

Unresponsive security personnel
Guards stationed at SARS Pinetown-no boards outside stating no pocket knives to be taken into premises.<br> Guard downstairs only asked if I had gun?peppersparay, before I went up the stairs only to be told by the top two guards that I cannot go in with a knife thats in my pocket.<br> No lockers to put anything-I had to walk back all the way to my car and come back.<br> people should be made aware of this BEFORE entering the building as to put this away, beforehand.<br> After I returned, was patted down by guard on top as hard as he can to prove a point.<br> This constitute assault and now thinking about opening case at Ptn Saps.
