Unprofessional Service

I recently had my Ford Mustang serviced at Ford The Glen, and I must say I am quite disappointed. The experience was costly, with a quoted price of R88,000, which I found to be exorbitant. Additionally, the mechanical team at Ford The Glen seemed inexperienced and lacked the expertise needed for proper vehicle repairs.

It appeared as though the technicians might have been inexperienced or possibly unqualified, as I observed some questionable practices. I even suspected that they might have brought in less qualified mechanics from outside rather than relying on trained Ford specialists.

I decided to seek a second opinion and took my car to another Ford dealership. The difference was noticeable; the new dealer charged only R5,000 for the same service, and my car is now running smoothly without any issues.

Based on this experience, I would advise caution before trusting the service at Ford The Glen. It's worth considering other authorized dealerships with proven expertise to ensure your vehicle receives the proper care it deserves.
