Bidvest VW Constantia Kloof - Excellent Service
I can't express my gratitude more than to say exceptionally excellence service. We purchased a used vehicle and was assisted by Ntswaki from the used vehicle sales. From the moment i called to enquire if the vehicle was available to the moment the car was collected. Ntswaki was nothing but professional. Every step was explained and discussed and I have not experienced such excellent service in a long time and it is refreshing. I will not hesitate to refer anyone to the dealership and to Ntswaki for assistance.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen. I submitted an inquiry on Sunday, and within less than an hour, Simon had already contacted me, which immediately impressed me. By Monday, he had personally come out to show me the car, making the whole process feel convenient and tailored to me. By Wednesday, my contract was signed, and by Friday, Simon returned with his colleague Tsholo to personally deliver my car to my house. The speed, efficiency, and level of professionalism throughout this entire process were truly exceptional. Everything was handled so smoothly, and I felt supported every step of the way. I am beyond happy with my purchase and incredibly grateful for the excellent service I received. Highly recommend!
