!!

Brought in my car for service in September, major service was then done according to them and in the service spark plugs were replaced. It’s November and my car is showing an epc light a diagnosis is performed and spark plugs must be replaced and a further diagnosis after!!! Maybe I’m crazy but spark plugs are replaced after 2-3 years. Why would you claim an item and not replace it?
