Bidwheels not for us

We saw a car on the webside. Contacted them. Sales agent wanted to help. We had to pay 50 % to reserve the car. Then we were contacted to pay the rest and another 7500 for vat before we could see the car. So we are still waiting and a lot of issues. What must we do
