On the 13th of September, my daughter and I dropped my son-in-law off at the airport, we stopped at Avis parking and our vehicle was clamped down. What I want to know is why did the driver insist on co-rant and would not accept my card to pay the R500 She says she doesn't have to explain to me and gave us a receipt from a receipt book that will be factored in. Is that money kept for themselves because it just doesn't make sense. The manager also didn't want to give a tax invoice, I assume we were wrong but why can't I with my card in particular. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. I hope Avis from Cape Town International Airport can tell me where are these receipts imported in your system.
