Big Eazy's Custom Bikes
Based on recent customer reviews, Big Eazy's Custom Bikes elicits sharply divided sentiment from its customer base. Satisfied riders consistently mention owner Johann's willingness to assist after hours, transparent pricing, and thorough workshop diagnostics, describing the premises as welcoming for the biker community. However, a recurring and serious theme involves allegations of unfulfilled repair promises, consignment payment disputes, delayed motorcycle returns, and unresolved mechanical issues following service. Several customers reference legal proceedings, Ombudsman complaints, and media attention, suggesting trust and accountability concerns weigh heavily against the positive service experiences others report.

I have only received the best service from Big Eazy bikes with a genuine care for my motorcycle and this is true for my entire biker group. Johan, the owner is a real solid guy and have shown so many times he willing to bend over backwards for his customers. We ONLY use Big Eazy Bikes and I would recommend you check out their awesome premises and collections.

do not deal with Johan Claasen. sold my bike on consignment with him. two months after the bike was sold, the new owner contacted me and asked me for the natis papers. only then found out the bike was sold. I spoke to Johan, informed me the new owner still needs to pay him, I knew that was a lie as i had the proof of payment sent to me by the new owner. he told the buyer that he is waiting for the natis papers from the metro, also a lie as I have it. numerous visits, pleads, threats from me to him, then he the informed me he used the money to rescue his business that was in trouble. started paying me small amounts here and there, he still owes me money. I have begun legal proceedings against him. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
