Poor customer service

Disappointing experience at the Eagle Canyon branch. After a wash, my front seats came back with white and dark chemical stains that were not there before. When I raised it politely, they denied responsibility and offered no solution, instead telling me I would need to bring the car back and pay again for them to look at it. Unfortunate because I used to like this car wash & hadn’t had a bad experience with them before.
