Big save liquer the saves it very bag I even text them & tell them that I'm going to report you at Hellopeter because you are not replying me . I paid for my order on Thursday expecting my delivery Friday till today I'm waiting for you. Now my business it
Watloo big save liquer they saves it's very bad . I order alcohol last Thursday I didn't get my order till today no one it's responding to my text . The thing that annoyed me I paid them

Rude with customers
The white gentleman working at the department where you return the empties is very rude towards black people. If you working with customers get somebody with the right attitude and that knows his living in a multi racial country. I would rather go somewhere else in future. Poor poor customer relationships. 😡

Horrible service
The worst experience eachntime I do groceries with them. They said that I will receive my groceries The same day of you order before 12pm, but it has been 2 days I haven't received anything. I called for 2ndays straight a lady Nomsa at Watloo promised she will call me back once she spoke to Obakeng, but nothing. Here I am without the goods I bought for two days. I have lids, the service really socks. The delivery depo is in Midrand but they drove past me for delivery to go to far off places and come to Fourways last. How is that even possible. The service stinks. I don't want that groceries anymore I want my money I can go to another wholesaler. Order reference. B1758 LUCINDA KENMOE 063 062 9112

Horrible service today the 28th August 2024,from a white Guy named Nelson he was so rude to me because of a wrong price which is on the shelf he saidto me, "I must read and compare prices on the shelves.

Store selling expired food
The store is horrible,dirty unfriendly staff,they just pack dirty stock on shelves! 25 Feb i went there and buy atchar when i take that atchar it was dirty and all of dem i forgot yo check expiry date.when i arrived home i open that atchar there was a smell when i check it was expired! I went back on 29 Feb to exchange 🙄you wont believe the whole shelve was packed with expired food careful when you buy der check expiry please waste of time and money i have to go back for expired atchar and the manager pathetic yhooo aaibo black market he was not even sorry like he did even apologize sies i wish metro police can go there nd check the whole store and give them a fine!!!

Disrespectful stuff
At Big save hammanskraal I was really disrespect by one of the stuff , the stuff do not have name tags I'm so furious.
