Unsatisfied customer

Bunch of ****mers, I used my card in the store and it showed connection network issue, but when I checked the money was deducted from my account, the lady who is a manger failed to assist me and indicated it not he store problem, rather the bank problem, I contacted my back and my bank indicated its not there problem and it is rather the store problem.
