**** BUS COMPANY
**** of a bus company, if you want to get stranded then book with this bus company, I booked a bus in November for the deputure date of 27 December 2024 at 20;00 pm to go to Mount Frere Eastern Cape, only for the bus not to come not even a call or email from the company explaining what was the issue or what was wrong when you go to the office on the date ot enquire we found out that the ticket clerk left on 24 December 2024 and they closed, tried to call their no.on the date and it went to voicemail, till today went to the office and the office is still closed and no. Still goes to voicemail, security says they left without any note and they do not know if or when they will be back and today is the 6th of January 2025 and no hopes of refund from the company, so book at your own risk or if you have an alternative should the bus not come....

Refund from big tree bus
My experience was very bad. Having to pay twice because I was not appearing on " their books" on top of that I was on the road to hike to my town.they did me very bad I don't want to see them anywhere....I want my refund now

Accident between Villers and Warden
Big tree Coach must not operate on the road , their buses are not good condition, 5 of my family members got injured in that bus , we i call 083 8610139 for refund , composition for all are belongings that we lost from the accident , the guys said its not flaunt, first of all the bus did not get to Mount Ayliff , Engen Garage , passengers had to had taxi to Kokstad, ,

Terrible service
I booked the bus ticket last Sunday on the 30th July 2023 from Howick to Pretoria the bus was supposed to be at Howick by 22:20 on that Sunday of 30 July 2023 and I’ve been there at 21:40 up until 23:10 the didn’t even pass to Howick maybe because I was the only one who waiting the bus there and I paid R500,00 for bus ticket and now I need my money back. They don’t want to pay me. I tried make a several calls on that day no one was answering the phone. I need my money back and they ignoring my emails. All I can say is their service is terrible.

MY MUM BOUGHT A BUS ON THE 7 JAN 2023 BUT THEN THE BUS BROKE DOWN. ON THE 9 JAN 2023 WHEN AGAIN TO THE BUS STATION AND STILL SHE CANT GET TO JOHANNESBURG. MADHALA ADVICE THAT THEY WILL NOT REFUND HER BUT SHE MUST GO AGAIN AND JUST WAIT FOR THE BUS WHICH IS REALLY UNFAIR THAT SHE NEEDS WAIT FOR THE BUS UNTIL WHEN NOW. THIS BIG BUS IS REALLY A SCAM ALL WE WANT IS THAT MY MUM BE REFUNDED.
