Bikezone Pretoria not making good on paid orders

I have ordered and paid for a 12 V Bike Compressor on 22/7/2015 with the option of next day before 10:00 delivery. Nothing came of it and I eventually got a hold of Marius Wannenburg who told me that you don't have stock of the said item and that I will be refunded immediately. Almost two months have passed without a refund or any correspondence. I demand an explanation and want this issue resolved asap or I am forced to go to the media regarding this issue.
