Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my recent food order. The food had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if it had been stored in a plastic container and reheated. To rule out the possibility that the smell came from the packaging, I checked both the packet and the punnet, but the odour was definitely from the food itself. This experience is particularly disappointing as I have ordered from this restaurant before and have always been satisfied. This is the first time I have received a meal of such poor quality. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that quality control measures will be improved to prevent a recurrence.
