Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Hi I Have A Complaint *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I ordered Uber eats from Bin Rashid Goodwood Restaurant.so I phoned in to the driver to change my delivery addres he said I must message it to him in the app Wich I did so he went to drop my order at wrong address looks like he just dumped my pizza order on the stoop. He stil said in message he's arrived he wasn't there by my house and Not even by the 1st address so I phoned him he didn't answer. So now i phoned into the restaurant from where the pizza came from they said they can do nothing but I must contact complain office I did they could not help. So I phone back to restaurant so I explained she just hung up the phone. I just wanto have them exposed. Who leaves someones order on the stoop with nobody attending to it. So I phoned him again numerous times yet he didn't answer.Sonow myself and child had nothing to eat.im very disappointed

TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED TONIGHT 28/02/2025 FROM WOODSTOCK BIN RASHIDS. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ORDER ITS OVER 2 HOURS. WE CALL SERVERAL BIN RASHIDS FIRSTLY TO GET A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE WOODSTOCK BRANCH. THEN WHEN WE SPEAK TO "THE MANAGER" SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. I ordered pizza at Bin rashied good wood for the value of R125. My phone number is ********** my email address is ***********. I need a refund and a voucher for horrible customer service experience!!!

I ordered a pizza last Sunday from Bin Rashieds Woodstock but I never received the pizza then they tell me they can't refund me. Just ridiculous service, we phoned the branch and asked go speak to a manager but they just dropped the phone on us. Absolutely terrible!!!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas (Indonesian and Manhattan with extra pineapple) The pineapple was off, and the pizza bases were still raw. This is the second bad experience I've had in 3 months. I live a distance from this store,so it is a waste of time returning the pizzas.

Owners need to do better in hiring experienced store managers. Being on a call for over 15mins with a store manager that cannot apologise or fix an error they made is pure *******. The arrogance of the Rosmead/ Kenilworth staff is honestly such a turn off. Having to complain about a wrong order and my options given are to return the food to the store (mind you I am home) or I must shut the hell up and eat the food. My time, money, fuel, airtime? The effort I took to walk in, wait over 30mins and to get home and find the incorrect order is annoying, but whats more disheartening is calling the store and for the issue to be resolved I MUST ACT. What pathetic management skills and because of that I will not return to Bin Rashid, I will also ensure my company will stop placing orders with this restaurant. Store Managers are safe guarding their names, their managers / bosses names because its βpersonalβ information yet you serving customers? They are hogging resources at store level, I mean to argue for dear life instead of fixing an error? To have a manager say they check EVERY SINGLE ITEM that leaves the kitchen is quite absurd when we stand there waiting for orders, or unless its the incompetence that has lead to unreasonable measures, those reasons as a collective are not enough for a manager to not accept that the food I AM USED TO BUYING does not taste the same today?! Geez like.

Had the worst experience yesterday.. ordered my food via uber eats as a pick up, as I had a promo and was in the area.. order stated done on the app after 30 minutes waiting period. 30 minutes turned out to 55 minutes!! For ONE pizza! While others kept walking away with 3 to 4 boxes at a time.... the dude who helped us had zero interest in getting our order done.. but to wait and wait and wait... this place won't see me again anytime soon.
