R1000 was imbezzled under false pretense of a reward later heard this company is a bit coin company. I have tried to have my R1000 refunded but they closed the acc and opened another. The account holder is Glenda ngcobo.

I have made a withdrawal request from Quotex on the 08.12.2925 to my Binance account. Due to Travel Rule requirements I had to complete "additional information" required which I completed on the 09.12.2025. To date my funds has not been credited to my account. Working on the Binance Platform is no longer pleasurable due to the delay in funds being credited to my account. I just want my money to be deposited and withdrawn so that I can close my account.

It has been over a month now, and my issue with Binance is still unresolved. Binance suspended both my deposit and withdrawal functions, claiming it was due to a request from my bank (FNB) to close my ZAR deposit channel (FAT). But Binance didn’t just block the ZAR deposit—they blocked my entire crypto access, including withdrawals, which was never requested by the bank. I’ve contacted Binance support many times, and every time they give the same excuse: “We are waiting for a response from your bank.” But when I contacted FNB myself, they clearly told me there is no issue from their side—no complaint, no case, nothing blocking my account from their end. So now I’m stuck in the middle, and Binance is doing absolutely nothing to help. They’re just hiding behind the excuse that the bank is not responding. My question is: If the bank never replies, does that mean my money is gone forever? This is a serious failure in customer service and fund security. Binance should at least allow me to withdraw my crypto. I trusted this platform, but now I feel completely helpless and ignored. This experience has been mentally and financially stressful. Binance: I need my money. Stop delaying. Fix this!

I wanted to deposit about R300000 into Binace. They asked for licence fee,Anti money laundering money, Tax, large amount withdrawal fees, and wallet upgrade. I paid it all,about R200000 and they would release my money in 25 minutes. All my money deposited and the R300000 is gone. Nothing in my wallet and they dont return my mails. It has been 10 days
