Biocertica - Are they legit?

I had my DNA sample collected on 22 September 2022. Almost a month later I still have not received any results. There are so many of these companies/labs out there that one does not know who to trust and who is legit. It really feels like I wasted R 1300... Twice was i promised that I will receive my results by 19 October 2022, but no luck...
