True Service Excellence
In these trying times, I came across essentials advertised for this company. I had some concerns on the durability of certain products that of which I needed and reached out to Yolandi regarding this. Her amazing feedback, update, product knowledge and advise is what a customer looks for before making any purchases. After conversations and purchases of my first set of products, Five(5) days later I have made purchase on yet other products as these definitely stands out. From the sanitizers to the hand wash product, these are worth every penny at a very affordable price. Every conversation with Yolandi gives me and my business that warmth and sense of care, a true sentiment of where suppliers become family.
