BIRTHSTONE DEALS is a SCAM...SOUTH AFRICA CITIZENS DO NOT BUY FROM Them STICK To LOCAL DESIGNERS
I order a watch from birthstone deals around about the 8th of August 2018. This was a watch meant as present of a friend off mine in October this year. Now it’s the 25 of November I still have not received my parcel. Everytime I contact them they keep telling me that my parcel is in Transit. My so called parcel has been in Transit since the 31 of August even today the parcel is still in Transit . The website promised that they will have the parcel delivery sent to the client within in 2-4weeks and if it’s outside the country it might take a little bit more longer. But it’s been more than 3 months now and My friend birthday has came gone now. So what must happen now ???? I asked bithstone deal for a refund because as to this day I stil have not received the parcel, they refused....they keep telling me that the the parcel is in Transit.... so how long is this parcel going to be in Transit????? Basically what am trying to tell the whole of South Africa is that DO NOT BUY FROM BIRTHSTONE DEALS.....it’s a SCAM.....

Poor Service and Late Delivery
Very poor communication or updates once order was placed and paid for. Placed order on 21. 04.2018 and have still not received my order which should have arrived early June 2017. Tracking number provided does not exist. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them

Poor Service and Late Delivery
Very poor communication or updates once order was placed and paid for. Placed order on 21. 04.2018 and have still not received my order which should have arrived early June 2017. Tracking number provided does not exist. I wouldn't suggest ordering from them

Birthstone deals STEALING money I am soo dissapointed in this online shop. I ordered my watches 6 weeks ago, being promised to receive in 3 weeks. I have been contacting them multiple times asking about my parcel. They only send automated responses. I spent R 1800 and now its just gone please DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. I agree with the above commentor. BIRTHSTONE DEALS is A N+BIG FAT SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! i ordered goods over 3 months ago and no one responds to enquiries

Birthstone Deals - Complete SHAM!!!
I placed an order (BSD36578) with this company on 12 April 2018. My money was immediately deducted from my account and now two months down the line I have not received the item I ordered. I have spent so much time trying to get someone to trace my parcel and find out what is going on but the responses are so vague. I received a tracking number which according to the courier company does not exist then I got a screen shot of a parcel already in the courier system that was headed for SA but the tracking number was not the same as mine and it could have been anyone's parcel. A gentleman by the name of Jake sent this. To add injury to insult the company did send me two email requests to "rate" the product I bought from them when in actual fact I had not received it and they keep sending me "specials". I have sent an email every day and I have delivery and read receipts but no-one gets back to me. I have also requested a refund to which I most likely will never receive a response. I am horrified that these people continue to advertise on Face Book and Google and other platforms and are getting away with ripping people off.

I received notification that another ring was sent to me that I did NOT order. Numerous phone calls, emails and text messages go ignored. Next step will be the better business bureau as well as the attorney general if I do not hear from them within 24 hours.

Don't Trust Birthstone Deals
Absolutely appalling service or rather lack of. Birthstone Deals is a hoax, I placed my order for a wooden watch in January, 3 months later I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have made numerous queries to no avail. Emails bounce back. They were very quick to debit my account (in dollars nogal). Truly disappointing

I ordered a watch on the March 05, 2018, as of today I have had no delivery even though they say it takes up to a month, we are heading for 2 months. I have emailed them and I only got a reply once saying its ready to be shipped out which was 3 weeks ago. They do not reply to any of my emails and I have paid all the fees. This is bad service and terrible communication.

I ordered a watch on the March 05, 2018, as of today I have had no delivery even though they say it takes up to a month, we are heading for 2 months. I have emailed them and I only got a reply once saying its ready to be shipped out which was 3 weeks ago. They do not reply to any of my emails and I have paid all the fees. This is bad service and terrible communication.

No Feedback
I have placed an order on 7 March 2018 and followed-up several times, but to date have not received any feedback on my order BSD29990. There is only an e-mail address ********** but there is no receipt of acknowledgement nor any reply on my e-mails. I ordered this item as a gift for my wedding day which is 14 April and am at my wits end.
