Good day Hello Peter and Readers
My name is Zelda Tommy , I am having been doing real estate for close to 8 years now and I lived in many complexes in Midrand , The Whisken , SandRidge, Katara eg
I move in to Bishop square the 2nd month I was in the property my neighbours coloured folk complained that I was running a business from the house, bear in mind people are still working from home
Because the neighbours are on the Body Corporate They have tried to make my stay here a nightmare. They complain about my dog, my children, my music.
As Tenant regardless of who is sitting on what board we have a right to work from the house and to carry out a daily activities
The Estate Manager is also sometimes else, we had no lights in the complex for 2 days no communication was sent out we had to hear from the gaurds
Most complex’s have a what’s group or some communication platform we have nothing here.
The point is here as I have never had any issues in my 8 years as real estate agent working from home and I mentioned the past complexes I have stayed in.
If the neighbours are not people friendly they should have bought a free standing house where they don’t have to engage with people.
Even my guest are not welcome in this complex This has been the worst experience ever. No one wonder the tenants I place here in the complex don’t last long
Should this matter continue I will be seeking legal advice from the Housing Tribunal
