An order was placed in December 2022 for a Zebra label printer. Only received this printer in April 2023 after NUMEROUS messages and phone calls. The printer ordered was incorrect of which I informed him. I was told to take pictures of the packaging in it's current condition which I did, and I was told that I can send it back and they will replace it with the right one though I might need to pay in extra. Which I was fine with at the time because I was quite desperate to get the right printer. I asked him to send me the address to courier the Zebra printer back for replacement - still haven't, like many other things, received it yet. I ordered a new slip printer in March and paid in full. Kept asking when the printer would arrive, only to hear a week later it has been sent already and the tracking number will be sent to me. No tracking number received until today and also no printer. R1499 later and I still have not received my slip printer nor even offered a refund. As a new small business owner things like this drains us. I have sent NUMEROUS messages, no feedback whatsoever. I have phoned, keep getting voicemail. I was later told he was overseas in Greece (this has now been 2 months). Why not inform your customers, who you have made promises to, that you won't be available to fulfill them? It leaves a bitter taste to be quite honest... I even searched them on Google to find an office number but the numbers do not exist. I really hope that I will get a refund if I won't be getting my printer soon.
