Ben Horter is very eager to take your money to "invest" it, but if & when you attempt to make a withdrawal or close your account, he has several excuses from the account was frozen to there is a SARS enquiry. He makes appointments which he does not keep & also makes promises to pay the funds, which obviously never happens. He blocks your numbers and stops responding to emails sent. A case of ***** & Theft will be lodged with the SAPS.
