I bought a product online on 9 January 2024 through Biuky by Carethy. Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order is confirmed. I have trayed emailing Biuky and Carethy and online request without any success. No one comes back to me regarding my product. Al I want to know is when will I get my order. No response.

I bought a product online on 9 January 2024 through Biuky by Carethy. Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order is confirmed. I have trayed emailing Biuky and Carethy and online request without any success. No one comes back to me regarding my product. Al I want to know is when will I get my order. No response.

Ordered a product online, read VERY BAD comments about this company on your platform BUT this company is not a scam. I received my order from Spain via DHL express without any delays. I could highly recommend this company!

Ordered a product online, read VERY BAD comments about this company on your platform BUT this company is not a scam. I received my order from Spain via DHL express without any delays. I could highly recommend this company!

Biuky shovelling blame to shipper.
I placed an order with Biuky on 8th march 2019 & got a trace number from this supplier ...the goods arrived in NL on 14 March & since then I have sent many emails asking WHY their shipper has NOT moved the goods from there. I keep getting either a no reply from Biuky OR a message to wait for their shipping company to advise?? Well since date above is now approching 2 months delay & still the goods are at same point I feel that a refund in full is expected. As they claim to have sent it registered post they can get a refund & re imburse me PRONTO!

No delivery of order BIU-ZA-171025163202e
The above order was placed on 25 Oct 17 for R1467,93 and yet I have received NO RESPONSE from BIUKY on any complaints. There is no contact number nor email address on the website, simply the online forms. I've send 3 requests and still no response - no refund at all. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

<p>I placed an order on 27 March 17 on the Biuky website. I received an email from them confirming I would receive my order between the 24/04/2017 and the 28/04/2017 . I have followed up with them via email but they do not respond. Do not buy from this company.</p>

BAD NEWS - No Comunication
<p>I ordered perfume from this website thinking it was based in South Africa. Upon realising they are based in Spain I requested for the order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. The order was cancelled successfully but it's been two weeks and no refund or replies received from this business. Customer service is non-existent.</p>
