Beware of Biz2Sell
We recently had the displeasure of conducting business with Biz2Sell.We entrusted the sale of our school with one of their brokers who claimed to be one of the companys' business partners. He went on to find a buyer who signed an Offer to Purchase. He then mislead the buyer into paying a "deposit" into their business account to supposedly secure the deal and then made us ,the sellers and the buyer sign an addendum stating that the monies may be dispersed in any way they deemed fit. They then took the "deposit" as their Commission which they immediately spent , leaving the deal inconclusive and no further communication from the broker or Biz2Sell. When we the sellers and the buyer realised their ********* ,questionable and dishonest business conduct they became defensive and saw no wrongdoing on their part constantly referring to the ******** addendum which we were mislead into signing. On further investigation we subsequently found another review on hellopeter (dated the 27th of September 2021) which mirrored our experience and confirmed that this is their Modus Operandi. The buyer was left to legally fight for the refund of her deposit which in its self was a battle. Their conduct jeopardized and threatened the livelihood of our business and caused endless stress and trauma to to both seller and buyer. They used underhanded tactics for the buyers silence and threatened to withhold her money if she pressed charges or pursued any legal action. This Company is extremely ********* ,dishonest ,unprofessional and devious and should not be conducting business in any way. We strongly advise to avoid doing business with these ruthless people.

Hi Hello Peter family thank you for following up and giving me an opportunity to tell my story. Since the last complaint, my email was blocked by the owner of the company, I was removed from the whatsapp groups additional to that I still haven't received my FFC I paid for. The company still advertising on all platforms that they offer FFC however after you pay this is the treatment you will get. Before you do business with this company please know the truth. I will be writing another review in a week time. I did put another one on Twitter and I will write on Google review. I hope more and more people know and understand what kind of a company they dealing with

I joined a business called Biz2sell as a Broker in 25 August 2022, I was promised by the owner that if I pay R10 000 I will have my FFC which will allow me to be registered. He promised me that the whole process will take a month maximum ( 5 months later still NOTHING and NO refund) I have tried to communicate with the business but NO luck. I only attended 1 training session and I was told my FFC will be ready soon to this day still nothing. Can someone please assist, How do I go about getting my money back? I have tried the Property board and relevant people and I was told to start with Hello Peter first I will be going to social media like Twitter, Facebook and even newspapers. I won't reset until I get my money back

Unethical, Dishonest and Disgusting Company
The most dishonest, unethical company ever - please do not make use of their services! My husband and I wanted to sell our furniture manufacturing business and I sent an enquiry email to Biz2Sell. We enlisted the services of Clive ****inson who was appointed to us by Greig Fitzell, the owner. Clive was the Pinetown broker and our company was based in New Germany. Clive found us a buyer and was very good with communication until the buyer’s deposit was paid to Biz2Sell’s trust account, which would end up being their commission. From there, we were left on our own to finish off a process which we didn’t know how to handle. The buyer was meant to be a cash buyer but did not pay in full on the agreed upon date and trying to get Clive to help us was like drawing blood from a stone. We then found out that Clive emigrated to the UK without even telling us! He also got our buyer to sign a release form stating that his commission could be paid out even though the deal was not yet completed. So Biz2Sell got their money and we were left with a messy, incomplete deal. It is clear the fish rots from the head as the owner, Greig, was so unhelpful and said that Clive was not an employee of his and as such removing any responsibility. Greig even accused my husband of “attacking him” when my husband asked why they had already received their commission when the deal was not completed. My husband and I, and our buyer, have had to go through attorneys to complete our deal, costing us thousands of rands while Greig and Clive have got their full commission. Absolutely disgusting company, do not do business with these people.
