I feel like i am scarned i didnt took a loan
i took a contract with them after they said theres a network coverage and it was on promotion and the network was not working at all into my erea i even told them but now they are busy sending messages to the lady that used to be my supervisor i owe them 400 not this amount they busy sending to her they need to stop harrasing a wrong perso and contact a client streight and i didnt take a loan it was a contact where i had to pay 400 now thy are telling me to pay 4000 money doesnt come from tree we all work hard for it thy need to know that and stop contacting wrong people tryn to embarase their client

I wish I never joined vodacom.
For a company that loves double charging me a few months your service is sloppy, it's the second of May you have still not debited my money off my accountant, plus I can't even use your app because when I pay it comes off 2 weeks later . Meaning double payments as somehow your app is written in such a way that it's most flawed thing ever as it doesn't detect pending payments. So could you please start doing your job correctly and deducting on time on the 29th of every month as per the contract because I like everything to come off as planned so that I can plan the rest of my month. Be better please. Thank you.

Vodacom does not value their customers!!!
I reported my phone missing which was insured with vodacom and the lady at vodacom advised me to lodge a claim which they declined because they could not detect the vodacom sim card in it. The phone was later recovered and I reported it back to vodacom and they proceeded to do a sim swap for me. Unfortunately the phone fell and cracked screen so I had to take it in for repairs. Now vodacom is saying that they can't fix it because it's blacklisted. I explained that after finding the phone I did go back and report it to them and they even assisted me with a sim swap but the consultant does not want to hear it. They've continued taking my money (R300 per month) for insurance but refuse to do their part.. this is poor treatment of customers at its worst. I've been with them for a long time and never missed one payment and this is how they treat me, I will definitely not be renewing my contract which ends January 2024.

Bad support for Fibre to the Home
The worst ISP in for fibre to the home in South Africa. Useless routers! Weak strength. Bad response times and telephone support. Not only that, you get told to reset your router because they cannot access it, and then they cannot reconfigure it telephonically and 4 days later, you are still waiting for a technician to arrive to solve the issue and you are without internet. They tell you they have escalated the call and after 4 days they still don't arrive. On the 4th day they tell you they have escalated it again and they still don't arrive!! @!?*! Never mind that we work from home and have lost time sitting around waiting for someone to pitch! Do you think they care?? Think again! Roll on April so that we can discontinue our contract! I cannot wait!

Vodacom
I signed a new contract on 21st September 2022 with Vodacom 4U in Clearwater on a refurbished phone. The battery needed charging twice daily. I took my phone my phone back to the store on Sunday the 25th. They refused to cancel my contract and took the phone in for repairs. I was told if they cannot repair the phone or if it is still faulty after 7 days after receiving the phone back I can cancel my contact. I spoke to the consumer council on Monday and was told I have the right to cancel my contract within the 7 days of purchase. On Tuesday the 27th September I went back to the store and asked that they cancel the contract. They refused and said their terms and conditions are above that of the consumer council. I was promised that the manageress would contact me. Well I am still waiting. Disgusting service and ripping off of clients.

Vodacom is Useless!
Useless ! Useless! Useless! as per my previous review I gave a full rundown of slow internet with Vodacom as my service provider . After exhausting all options I wrote a review on Hello Peter on their incompetence I got a phone call to say my problem would be escalated after two weeks no news from Vodacom. My child who relies on the internet to download his school work is losing out . I tried streaming a movie running time 01h30 a barely watched it after an hour had passed with the slow internet I managed to watch just 30 Min and abort the streaming . Vodacom are just happy to collect premiums they are useless with resolving customer issues . They literally make you cry . Do business with the other cellphone providers because Vodacom gives a useless service!
