Loaded up on a boatload of 16GB USBs, but a whopping 90% turned out to be duds. I went back the same day, but they flat-out refused to swap or refund the lemons. Tried to reason with them, but the staff was beyond rude. They didn't bother testing the sticks during the mad store rush, and when I pointed this out, they arrogantly claimed they absolutely never make any mistakes. With no one. Ever. Really??
Pushed for an exchange, and guess what? Banned! It's crazy that damaged USBs, sold in that condition, are somehow considered the customer's fault and responsibility.
Unearthed another customer who, much like me, faced the ban hammer. It appears to be the store's standard practice. Everything's fine until you dare to return faulty merchandise or question their sloppy work. When customers attempt to return damaged goods or bad work, it's an immediate ban.
I've been handling USBs for over 15 years and have never faced so many duds or such horrid treatment. Huge loss for me, but a big warning for anyone else thinking of dealing with these people. Steer clear!
