Poor Business Sense

I started having a Tattoo done at this shop in Kempton Park. After my first session, the artist could not continue with the 2nd session to some technicalities. When I went again, the artist had left. Then I was referred to another artist to complete the unfinished tattoo that I had paid for. I find out that the owner of "Blazing Hands" has not paid him at all to finish the work, and now she is taking money from clients and sending them to him, and not paying him to do the work. So she is basically using his good nature to take money from people.
