Shocking Build Quality, misleading product images, Products don't work.

They look nothing like the images portraying them. Product took almost 3 times the lead time to be delivered. They were stuck together with glue and gaffer tape, one of the two units doesn't even work, wont turn on, other unit has a faulty plug, same terrible build quality. The Products come with no papers, no SABS approval, to be frank my insurance wouldn't pay out if one of these caused a fire in my house (Which batteries have the tendencies of doing if they are poorly manufactured). I asked for a refund, I was told only if they fix the units and sell them to someone else. After a phonecall with them I was told "you know the online pictures are just 3d renders.. they arent the exact product" to which i said that is misleading, if this is not sorted out I will be going to small claims court. His response was, "okay, go to your court now, go right now!" I will be taking this further.
