Blienx gaming bad service

Ordered an XBox X on 26 August as Ian Bann indicated they were receiving stock that day. Never received the XBox and every time I enquire, sometimes just being blatantly ignored, feedback is tomorrow I will receive it. Requested a refund eventually on 9 September but same story they just say will pay tomorrow. Have not received my money and unable to reach them at the moment phone off and does not respond to e-mails.
