David quoted and accepted payment of 70% of the bill very professionally, and that was the only thing professional about Blinds Decor. Their work ethic , quality of goods and workmanship needs a total 360, it is totally pathetic and unethical. David having taken measurements himself was not part of the installation team so had no clue what condition his staff left the place in and the incomplete installations. Later when asked me for the balance of the 30% payment I said I would not pay until defects were repaired, to date nothing completed. Order was placed in March 2015. Totally useless!
