I recently ordered 3 blinds from Blinds Online via their website. Their prices are reasonable and the ordering process seamless. I received the blinds a few days later and upon installing them I noticed an issue with 1 of the 3. After 2 or 3 emails and 1 phonecall the issue was resolved and a few days later I received a new track that works perfectly. It seems that these days, very few businesses put their clients first but this is one that certainly does. Thank you Blinds Online.

I recently ordered 3 blinds from Blinds Online via their website. Their prices are reasonable and the ordering process seamless. Pleasantly surprised and very happy!
I was honestly super sceptical after reading a few reviews online (I only read the reviews after placing my order) However, I am so extremely happy & satisfied with this service and the product. I will definitely be ordering more. I ordered the products on Wednesday afternoon and the next Monday it got delivered (we opted for express manufacturing). The quality of the products are superb and perfect colour as well as dimensions as provided. If you follow the measuring guide/your own common sense, you won't have a problem with the wrong size. Thank you Kevin!

Good all round experience
Exceptionally happy with my recent purchase from Blinds Online. Placed my order on the 11th of April and it was delivered to me on the 19th. Blinds are a good quality and fits perfectly. Very easy to assemble too.

Good all round experience

Fast Service, but sizes not as requested.
Servies was fast and efficient. Arrived exactly as predicted however all the blinds were around 5 mm larger than sizes provided and do not fit the windows and have to be trimmed.. I would recommend that anyone measures slightly smaller to be sure your blinds will fit

Unexpected excellence
Phenomenal prices, service and quality. Our order was executed within two weeks (to our small town in the Northern Cape). We followed their measuring guide and all our blinds fit perfectly and look beautiful. (Plaswood horizontal). Very impressive.

No customer service - re consider using this company
www.blindsonline.co.za: I ordered 5 sets of blinds. * 2x color charcoal. Turns out the color charcoal is brown. Nothing near a charcoal shade. Any shade of charcoal would be fine with me, but not brown! * 3x color natural. In this case the color was right, but the drop of at least one was too short ( the two bottom slats did not drop ). When contacting the company I had to wait three days only for them to tell me that they are not bothered to fix the mistakes. I would however get 20% of a next order ( why on earth would you order again with a company that has no customer service ).
