What a pleasure to have these folks install our Fibre line, 2 guys, completed roughly 75m of trenching and installing our fibre line within 5 hours, as well as cleaning up after themselves. Very satisfied with the service provision from these guys. Would recommend, baie dankie Andries.

Once you get the correct contact details, that you would need to search yourself because frogfoot refuse to update the details on their side that they send out to their clients, service flows perfectly fine. I had a situation where frogfoot blamed blitz that they cant get a hold of them, but Blitz confirmed that frogfoot has direct numbers for people at Blitz. Fortunately I was in a position to locate the correct numbers and have contacted the relevant parties. Once my concern and issue was received by Blitz Fibre, they jumped to assist and get me sorted out, even though the delay was on Frogfoots side. They assisted by sending a technician to do a survey, and the very next business day my fibre was installed. The technician ensured that everything was working perfectly fine before they left and they did such a neat job! I want to applaud Blitz Fibre for the excellent service I received. Sometimes before running to social media about things, one should take a step back and allow a company to correct their errors first. Just a word of advice for the negative nelly's below.

Blitz Fibre performed an in-home fibre relocation for me in Port Elizabeth. The service was terrible from start to finish. The administration staff confirmed the appointment for a site inspection but the team never arrived, and without notifying me. A new appointment was made but they again failed to arrive, and without notice. On the 3rd appointment the team arrived. Then an appointment was made to do the actual move, but the team didn't arrive and without notifying me. A new appointment was made but they again failed to arrive, and without notice. On the 3rd appointment the team arrived. The internal fibre move was not done well. The team decided it was best to glue my router to the wall (i.e. not using the ***** mounting holes that I pointed out to them). They also mounted the router sideways so the aerials were orientated horizontally, typically used to penetrate vertical spaces. This might make sense for a multi-story building, but I have a single level and require aerial orientation to be vertical. You'd expect a company that deals with various connectivity solutions to know this. They also glued the OTN and mini UPS to the wall, even though all have mounting *****s and will eventually need to be replaced at some time in the future. The ONT was replaced just a year ago because it had failed, and the mini UPS has a battery which means it will eventually need to be replaced. The worst was that the fibre join performed inside the roof failed 24 hours after installation. I was without a connection for a day-and-a-half until the Frogfoot team re-spliced the fibre. I work from home so this was inconvenient and resulted in me using loads of personal data. I would never recommend using Blitz Fibre.

I would never recommend using Blitz Fibre. And the Frogfoot network has had countless issues over the last 2 years in the Port Elizabeth region. If another FNO was an option I'd be using them.

So yesterday 29 February i had 2 of the Blitz Fiber technicians working infront of our house. When i pulled up to park(meters away from them) i asked both of the men is the car going to be okay and after they both very friendly told me my car would be fine. 2 hours later they reversed into my car completely damaging both of my car doors and then sped away. I have neighbors that told me immediately. In a residential area of all places? A hit and run is a serious offense.... Obviously i do not have cameras watching my front 24/7... This is a heads up. Zero accountability.

Iv been waiting for installation that blitz fibre called me for last week and arranged time and date which is today at 8am, it’s now 9:37am, no one is here and no one bothered to call with an update, Iv called their offices a million times this morning and now they’ve ended up killing my call….iv missed work this morning because of this and the least they can do is answer their phone and tell me what’s happening 😤😡

I only have 1 word for this company. PATHETIC!!! Had a appointment for 28 November after waiting a month. They actually showed up I was very happy, then they walked around came to the conclusion this is a longer job than they thought and left. LAZY is not even begin to describe this. After which felt like 1000s of screaming matches with frogfoot and home-connect my ISP they contacted me and said they now can naybe help me on 13 December. If not I will have to wait till next year. My wife is losing R2000 a day in business and mobile data for her online 3d design business. Told them I will recover that from them . They said in that case wait till next year. ***!!!! Frogfoot your name is already destroyed by this company but you still in partnership with them ...makes one wonder what is the reason for this.
