Inferior quality and expensive prices and zero after sales service

False product description on website and if you want to return product, you have to pay postage of R250. They didn’t respond to my returns email for 2 weeks and I sent the email just after I received the scatter cushions. They describe it as 100% luxurious down feathers for R300, but when I received it was 100% feathers, while most other down and feather mix cushions are around R220. The casing of the pillows are also very hard. The Sheraton Textiles scatter cushion I have is so much softer and nicer than the ones I bought at Blockhouse.
