Avoid at all costs, please do not make the worst mistake of your life by buying a car from bloemfontein motors you will be disappointed. I bought a Bmw x5 just about over two months ago. From day one it was a disappointment. The rubbers of the car doors were brittle and broken. The Aircon light almost never worked. The interior panels had scratches and small dents you could not see on the photos. The first time I drove the car on the long road the top up coolent message came up. Which I did and reset and not to long after that the message came up again and kept coming up I phoned BFN motors they told me to take the car to a workshop which I did. It turns out the EGR went and it also had other issues as well. No its costing me R17 000 to just get the first issue fixed. Even though I told BFN motors this was not acceptable as they supposedly serviced the car how could they not pick this up now I need to pay R17 000 for a repair on a car that was sold to me as a dud. I asked them to atleast pay for the repair but they couldn’t even do that. BFN motors apparently serviced the car before i got the car yet they didn’t pick up anything. The price of the car was also way overpriced especially considering the issues the car has. Do not do business with them because you will be left disappointed.

What a great experience I had. I requested a call back on line and PJ Petersen phoned me within 2min. So friendly and helpful. From the first showing up to the delivery of the cars was a pleasure, he went out of his way to see to all our request. Thank you PJ.

Purchasing a motor vehicle is often a significant and exciting milestone, but my recent experience at Bloemfontein Motors left much to be desired. While I appreciate the effort some staff members put into assisting customers, certain aspects of my experience were disappointing and fell short of expectations. From the outset, communication was inconsistent. The salesperson provided limited information about the vehicle's condition and history, which later resulted in unexpected errors appearing on the dashboard. The inspection process prior to the intended sale appeared superficial, as several mechanical issues only became apparent after delivery. Upon me contacting Bloemfontein Motors to enquire about these issues, they merely confirmed that a diagnostic report was performed and furthermore confirmed that no faults could be located on the Audi TT and thereafter proceeded to reset the Audi TT. Subsequently, I approached an independent third party to conduct a diagnostic report on the vehicle after which the said report reflected at least six issues on the vehicle. I relayed this report to Bloemfontein Motors and only thereafter they acknowledged that the vehicle I intended to purchase from them was indeed faulty. This lack of transparency eroded my trust in the dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction. While I understand that not every sale will be flawless, the lack of responsiveness when I raised these concerns was particularly frustrating. After-sales support is critical, and the minimal assistance I received left me feeling unsupported and undervalued as a customer. This experience highlighted the importance of conducting thorough research and inspections when purchasing a vehicle. I hope this feedback encourages Bloemfontein Motors to improve its processes and customer service. While I am disappointed, I believe every organization has the potential to learn and grow from constructive criticism. I would advise potential buyers to approach transactions here with caution. Ensure you ask detailed questions, request comprehensive documentation, and consider having an independent inspection done to avoid similar frustrations. My experience may not reflect the dealership's overall performance, but it underscores the need for vigilance when making such a significant purchase.

Words as per email to the dealership: Please note that I would like to bring under your attention that there is some faults on the vehicle upon delivery today 16 July 2024. - Radio not working as it should ( Screen is dead ) - Aircon is not working ( When you switch on the aircon it makes a noise from the A/C Pump but not cooling ) Please note that the vehicle is scheduled to go to a authorized fitment and repair center on Thursday 18 July 2024 for the following: Full Diagnostic on faults on vehicle as well as review on service that you said was done on this vehicle and we need the Dekra 360 point checklist that was done on vehicle as you advised yesterday that you are busy checking the vehicle. Your company will be liable for all costs on fixing errors and all service parts that was not replaced like it should have been as per the CPA regulations. None of these faults were indicated to us as buyers, even after the deposit was paid towards your company. The only fault that was brought under our attention was the scratches on the front bumper, which I felt had to be repaired but was only polished out. We have not received a delivery note with the delivery of the car, where all faults could have been indicated / addressed? The only document was the tax invoice for the payment of the vehicle. Upon receiving the vehicle we have also not received the roadworthy , change of ownership signed documents, ID Copies etc. Should this not have been delivered with the vehicle? They promised to take responsibility for the costs however this was one of the baddest experiences i had ever with a dealership

I received very good service when I bought my vehicle through Bloemfontein Motors. After payment was made, the lack of after sales service started from the sales manager himself. I made contact with him on various occasions. The last few months I've been in contact via WhatsApp where my messages has been read but no feedback given. I'll advise anyone strongly against buying from this company as it's beautiful promises from the start and then downhill when you seek assistance and feedback

Dear Sir/Madam I am Sedumedi Cassius Masigo cell no.: 0769810187. I reside at 950 Tidimalo Location, Delportshoop 8377. On the 18th December 2021 i went to Bloemfontein and bought a Jeep Compass 2012 model at Bloemfontein Motors. Upon inspection of the car, I realized: 1. All 4 wheel mags were damaged. I raised the matter with them. I paid R2500 to fix them 2. Upon turning the ignition on, the Air Bag light was on, i asked about it, Mr Gerno, the consultant, told me it is because of the battery they changed, so it will disappear. That never happened and raised it with them. I paid R7000 in December 2021 to fix the problem. I asked to be refunded and I was told they won't pay and won't take the car back. 3. I came back on the 20th to them asking for a service record of the car and the car manul book, and it was not given to me. I asked about anything else that is adverse on the car, and i was told the car is worth the R130 700 i paid to them. 4. And i would like Hello Peter to also investigate if the amount i paid then for the Jeep Compass 2.0 2011 was according to the then acceptable retail price. 5. After all this expenses, I asked Bloemfontein Motors for a Dekra report on the car and they told me its not necessary. 6. On the 20th of June i took the car to the service because of the engine light that came on the 14th of June 2022 and oil leakages then. After diagnosis, the mechanic realized that the oil is leaking and tappet cover needs to be replaced AND observed that the engine AND gearbox was opened before, and i was not told at the time of the purchase about any engine overdo or gearbox failure. I had to pay another R6000 for this work. 7. I have a strong belief that thus car has many more hidden mechanical problems and that Bloemfontein Motors knows about them and they sold me a mechanically compromised car with exorbitant amount.... and therefore I would like to be assisted to get my monetary refund or they buy the car back or trade-in with a proper car that has tangible service history. Yours sincerely SC MASIGO @0769810187

There was 4 things that should be done on the vehicle. 3 of the things were replaced and fixed. i am waiting close to 3 months now for a left hand led foglight to be replaced. i even went out to get beter price on the foglight and mailed it to them for payment and everyday they said it will be paid that the company can order the light. still no answer and no light. The car went to the test centre with a broken foglight is that allowed.
