We had to pay for the consultation (after dr prescribed white stretch socks) AND for the measuring of my husband's leg. And also for an icepack - which he didn't use. When the medical aid didn't want to pay, they didn't send us an account, but rather handed us over to debt collector without checking whether we received any account.
