In 2024 I bought a BMW F800 GS motorcycle from Bloomsbury Investment cars. The bike was sold as a F800 GS ADVENTURE, which it is not. *****! It was pointed out to Kyle, who simply referred me to a BMW Dealership to sort it out. The spare key was from another bike on their floor. I was promised a spare key. I am still waiting. In December '24 I traded my Ranger on an Audi A1 at Bloomsbury. The Audi had a problem with the automatic gearbox. To "fix" that, the Cat. Converter was removed without my approval. After the car has been with Bloomsbury for a month, the Clutch Kit was replaced. The costs were charged to my Warremanty. The problem still persists. It now reflects as a pre-exsisting condition on my Warranty, and I am sitting with a bill of R 50 000 plus. As the car was bought in Summer, the heater was not used. To repair the heater costs another R 17000. Kyle and the finance lady, Kaylee, and indeed the entire staff, including the owner, Richard are *****STERS beyond belief. I’ve had an excellent experience with Bloomsbury Investment Cars. Their service is outstanding — professional, transparent, and efficient from start to finish. If you are considering buying a motorcycle/vehicle from this dealership, I strongly urge you to do thorough research before making any payments. Myself and multiple other customers have had serious issues with defective motorcycles/vehicle from this dealer, dating as far back as 2020, with many complaints dismissed despite clear evidence. Never ever buy a car from Bloomsbury dealership they are underhanded ****** the salesman Kyle highly unprofessional bad attitude! Speaks to clients like they a dog ! Him and his F&F lady are incoherent an work unprofessional I bought a f30 trade in which to my attention I was assured it was in perfect mechanical condition not even 1 day all the defective problems sprung up ! Just to be told it’s not there problem it’s mine ! Disgusting really stay clear from them

I was thinking of purchasing a vehicle, paid a R15000 deposit, and after deciding not to go through with it (no contract or agreement signed) they refused to refund my deposit. I have yet to receive a valid reason or fine-print that mentioned the deposit is non-refundable. It only makes one think what the after-sales experience would have been should I actually have purchased the vehicle. In today's day, honour is everything. Be very careful. Kaylee and Richard are the stars of their own show here. Zero value system behind their business. A mere quick R15000 taken from a young person. Great job guys! Be very careful when it comes to purchasing a vehicle from Bloomsbury. I was thinking of purchasing a vehicle, paid a R15000 deposit, and after deciding not to go through with it (no contract or agreement signed) they refused to refund my deposit. I have yet to receive a valid reason or fine-print that mentioned the deposit is non-refundable. It only makes one think what the after-sales experience would have been should I actually have purchased the vehicle. In today's day, honour is everything. Be very careful.
