Your admin and logistics and communication are pathetic! Booked the chapel more than a week ago and SPECIFICALLY mentioned we will provide our own platters. You had NO issues. Nothing was mentioned. Been speaking to your staff on more than one occasion since the venue was booked - 3 different people. Phoned today to request a table to be moved to suit our needs, after physically being there on Sunday (STILL nothing mentioned) and all of a sudden today it is mentioned that we cannot bring our own platters. That is not the issue, if we cannot provide our own platters it is what it is..........but maybe you could have mentioned that to begin with?! As now we need to cancel the platters we had already ordered! I do not enjoy being sent from pillar-to-post....at all! And now today, to confirm your so-called special platters.....we are told we have to be out of the venue by 12:00..... Also a first. From my side and based on what I have experienced dealing with you being part of making arrangements, I will definitely not visit your establishment out of free will nor recommend you!

Visited BLOS CAFE recently and ordered "French Toast" from the menu. The waiter brought a plate that had 3 small rolled dough items thta looked like viennas. The taste was awefully sweet. This is not toast but an imatation. How can they expect people to believe that is French Toast. Not even a choild can eat that. Manager not available. No discount ooffered. Will not go there again.

Event at Blos Café. The manger, Xanie , was friendly and professional and agreed to most of my requests for hosting a bridal shower. I specifically asked if these requests could still be accommodated for if it rains and the outside venue could not be used. It was agreed upon. When I arrived at the venue on the day, with rainy weather, none of my verbal and written requests were followed. And worst of all 20 guests where crammed into a small room with the chairs stacked tightly next to one another. The manger was not there on the day and when I explained to Marli, the owner, why I was unhappy she was utterly disrespectful. She made sarcastic comments such as asking if she should take the rain away and criticizing me for being unhappy that I was now not able use my tablecloths (which I paid a lot of money for). She then stated that I could use this venue provided or just leave. No apologies, no compensation or any respect shown. The food and waiters were outstanding. However, my friends and I will not support a business with an owner that has no client communication skills or respect for paying clients. Absolutely horrible experience hosting an event at Blos café.

What an atrocious experience at Blos Cafe! I go once a month to the hairdresser and I spend the entire day there. So naturally I order from Blos Cafe as the food is usually amazing! We ordered a platter for 1. The platter came and I started laughing asking the waiting if this was a joke? R110 for 2 small blocks of fried cheese, half a handful of biltong, 4 buckets of ****ing rocket leaves, two little sticky whatever and two small rolls! Not only did the waiter proceed to argue, but he turns to my hairdresser which is also the salon owner and says: well she knows what our portions look like so she should’ve told you! THATS WHERE I LOST IT! Called Aaron the manager, he was super polite, apologized and brought us another dish worth our money! Well done Aaron for saving the experience, but seriously how the **** do you rob people with those kak small portions? Now more than ever is the time to save clients, not rip them off because of the economic **** up! Think further than now people!

Goeie dag. Ek wil net laat weet dat ek en my vrou die 7de Augustus 2018 die De Krans Wynproe geleentheid bygewoon het. Ek moet se dat ek nog nooit so vriendelik ontvang is in n restaurant nie. Hulle praat my taal - Afrikaans. Ons het die aand terdee geniet en ons sal definitief weer daar n draai maak. 10 uit 10. Die Dame wat die bestuurder vir die aand was,ek kan haar naam net nie onthou nie was rerig baie vriendelik veral toe ons probleme met ons kar ondervind het. Wil net se baie baie dankie. Ons kan Blos Cafe aanbeveel vir al ons vriende.
