Disgusting service Blu star
Absolutely pathetic service. Quick to send a quote and request for payment but service is disgusting. Paid and job wasn't completed. Admin lady doesn't return calls to schedule a call out to complete the Installation. Have called numerous times, left numerous messages for the past 3 days and no response. Got told that the manager is in Dubai. Got told by someone else that the manager is in Durban. So not sure if they even know who their manager is or if they all just cover up for each other. Will never recommend Blu Star to anyone.

Blu-star is Atrocious
Do NOT Buy!!! These guys are running a ****! I wish there were more reviews about these guys before i purchased my aircon from them. They sell you an aircon at a very attractive price however it is not worth it. The build quality of these aircons are horrible and their after sales is worse. I purchased my aircon from them in November 2023. They promised to be my place on a certain date and didnt pitch up with no communication. They then pitched up the next day. During installation, the electrical cable was short which was not mentioned. I had to purchase my own. In May 2024 the aircon stopped cooling. I reported it and called them daily. They constantly deflect. Eventually they came over after 3 MONTHS at the end of July to fix. It was to regas the aircon which worked for a month and then stopped cooling again. I reached out again to them calling daily. Then the kicker, they had the audacity to send me a bill for R900 to "Assess" the aircon that they supp**** and fitted all of this while the aircon is still under warranty. These guys will NOT come out to honor their warranty. Their customer service is atrocious and their management is arrogant, always looking to deflect blame from themselves.

Terrible After Service
I have had a new aircon installed about a month an a half ago. 2 weeks later the aircon hasn't been working properly so I requested a technician to be sent out to see what the problem is. It's a month later and I'm still waiting. The continously send me messages to say that someone is on their way however no one arrives... I will never use them again. I would rather spend more with a realibe company knowing that I would get a proper service after installation. They make promises that they cannot honor.. its a disgrace

Worst service poor workmanship
Installation done on Friday, 9 December 2023. They were suppose to come at 15h00 but they pitch at 19h00. Not even one hour after installing the unit, it leaks water. Phone them. They come to repair it on Saturday, 10 December. After another hour the unit starts leaking again. To date, 13 December 2023, they stopped answering phone calls and do not come to fix their poor workmanship. Stay away these people are a ****.
