Bad service

Was at blue bottle in jean avenue Bought a bottle of rekordelig realised that the bottle is opened. 1min after buying it went back and they could not assist to exchange the bottle. They gave me attitude. They could not assist left the bottle at the counter. Bad service the guy said sorry mam we can’t assist. That was soo rude.
