Amazing doctors and staff! They looked after our cat so well who had to have a operation after been bitten. Thank you to everyone there

Animals Lives Matter
What has happened to the caring vets of Blue Bush Veterinary Clinic? This morning I was waiting at 7.30am when they opened as my cat, an old patient, appeared to have been hit by a car and was in severe pain. I was very rudely told by the receptionist that they are now a day clinic only and that I should take my injured cat elsewhere. She refused to even allow me to talk to a vet. Since when do vets refuse to attend to an animal in pain?!

What has happened to the caring vets of Blue Bush Veterinary Clinic? This morning I was waiting at 7.30am when they opened as my cat, an old patient, appeared to have been hit by a car and was in severe pain. Worst Vet Clinic in Johannesburg North !!!!!!!!!!!!
Probably the worst vet anyone could possibly visit in JHB North. They refuse to take on new pets or clients irrespective of the pets health/state. This makes no sense, patients or pets should get help when ever needed. So much the Vet taking an oath and helping animals in need.

Blue Bush Animal killers and RUDE Receptionist who needs to be FIRED!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! I DO NOT recommend that ANYONE gets ANY of their animals spayed here!!!! We as a family are ABSOLUTELY DISTRAUGHT!! On Friday we took TWO of our HEALTHY 8 months old kittens to be spayed at Blue Bush Animal Clinic and only came home with ONE kitten. The doctor had called and said our baby didn't make it. Statistics say that it is a very common procedure and the overall occurrence of these risks is very rare. The lady there said it does happen, well the only reason for that, hunny, is because of YOUR doctor's NEGLIGENCE!!!!!!!!!! The vet DID NOT ask for blood tests to be done first and so our baby was given too much anesthetic and subsequently had a heart attack. The vet did not offer ANY condolences WHATSOEVER, they were NOT SYMPAYHETIC AT ALL and were VERY rude upon picking up our one cat that they didn't kill, being very insulting and shoving the card machine in our faces to make sure we pay first. Why? Because it's not THEIR anminal, so they DON'T CARE!!!!! Money is the root of all evil in this vicinity!!!!!! There are MULTIPLE cases of this happening at THIS vicinity! Our friends who live in the same area as us and also take their animals to Blue Bush, has also experienced THE SAME ISSUE of thier animals being killed here and have expressed that they'll never take their animals there again based on their experience here. Our animals are being killed in this vicinity!!!!! Now, the next obvious issue this vicinity has, is the Receptionist who has been DISGUSTINGLY RUDE to clients for YEARS and subjects all clients to customer ABUSE!!! We ALL know who I'm talking about!!!! ALL the online complaints are about HER, nevermind the countless other disgusting things that's happened to other animals here (a piece of one cats eye was gauged out and left like that) This Receptionist screams at clients, says horrible things to people based on their looks, for example, a man walked in the store wearing overalls wanting to buy shampoo for his pet, the Receptionist told him that she thinks he wouldn't be able to afford it. Everytime we've been there, we try not talk to her much because she's so rude and condescending! WHY is she still working here YEARS later??? She is ABUSIVE towards customers and NOTHING is being done about it!!!!! Blue Bush, do you review your online reviews??? I BLADDY SUGGEST YOU DO AND START MAKING SOME BLADDY CHANGES!!!!! WE ARE OURRAGED!!! This should NOT be happening!!!!! Who is going to be the one to put a stop to this????!!!!!! We have been supporting this organization for YEARS and we know that they do a lot in the community but there is something happening behind the closed doors of this vicinity and I WILL MAKE SURE TO BRING ATTENTION TO IT!!!!!!! We now mourn the loss of our firery, energetic sweet baby and, the doctor who did this to her, went about their Friday as if nothing has happened, again, because it's not THEIR animal! We are at an utter loss for words! This has been BY FAR THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE at a vet!!! We will get justice for our baby!!!! #justiceforPepper

Horrible Vet!!!
I wanted to share this details back in 2022 when I received horrible treatment for my fur baby. But because I was told Spartan had an heart condition I came to terms that it was his time. Recently I took my other furbaby Serabi in, she also suffered with decayed teeth which she needed a clean. Then I was informed she needed to have her kidneys flushed before having the surgery. My serabi came home not wanting to eat at all and she loved her food. We took her back to the same vet and was told she is dehydrated and needed a drip my dog stayed there Over night and I was told the next morning that she had passed away early hours of the morning, but when I went to see Serabi she was already frozen and my mom couldn't even get to say goodbye. If your dog is very ill and need help , don't take them to this vet because this is the second time my dog has passed after getting they teeth cleaned. If you care for ur fur baby don't take them here!!!! They rude and simply don't know how to treat people.

Horrible and uncomfortable experience
I do not recommend taking your animal to this vet, especially if they are very old and you feel there is something wrong. these vets are very unfriendly, rude and unprofessional they made me feel very uncomfortable. the vet shouted at us and left before we could say anything to her. she told us we had to pay or we would not be getting our dog back. didn't make use of the three additional numbers given after not being able to get in contact with the owner.

Horrible and Rude Veterinarian
The vet that assisted us was very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional and VERY passive aggressive. She was very bad at communicating with us about our dog! I would not recommend taking your animal there, the service is horrible, the communication is horrible and the vets themselves arent friendly or comforting.

Horrible and Rude Veterinarian
The vet that assisted us was very rude and disrespectful, unprofessional and VERY passive aggressive. She was very bad at communicating with us about our dog! I would not recommend taking your animal there, the service is horrible, the communication is horrible and the vets themselves arent friendly or comforting.
