If we could go into negatives, that's what i would give this company. I honestly have never been so disrespected by a shop, company or any other service person I've dealt with. I ordered two items to the value of c.R3000. I sent an email asking about my order after a week with no response, I check again after 2 days and nothing. Eventually i attempt to contact them through Instagram. A lady answers and asks me if I saw the T&C of the black friday sale (she hasn't asked me about my order number or anything of the sort). I explain that i ordered full price....the woman than tells me that my items are (a) stuck in customs, (b) out of stock. but she will be back with the out of stock item in a few days. Mind you i'm leaving the country and assumed these items would be in my possession within 2 weeks. She says she'll get back to me the following day. I give her 24 hours...nothing..another 24...i contact her again...she explains that its still stuck at customs (she said she would update me 48 hours prior). she says i should choose something else... Lets just understand this..at the time i paid for my items neither one of them was in stock?!?!!. When i bring this up with her she blocks me on instagram and says she will send me a refund...how do you send me a refund without knowing my bank details? Basically this woman has stolen money from me and I will now be escalating with a) my bank to block them and get a refund b) ask SARS to further invesTigate them c) the consumer act. On top of everything else she was downright rude and condescending.

Consumers BEWARE of the online LADIES store named Blue Chic SA @blue_chic_sa on instagram & Twitter. I’m having an horrendous experience with this store. Made my online purchase on the 7 March 2018. Funds deducted. No communication from them at all & 2 weeks later I enquired about my delivery. To my horror was told by store owner if I didn’t like their service I should not buy from them again. I waited a further week/half still nothing. I reported the store to Instagram, fastpay and hello peter. To my utter surprise and disgust On the 22 March 2018 I receive random whatsapp saying they no longer had stock of the items I purchased and that they will refund me. For 2 days now I’ve been asking for pop. This is the worst online experience I’ve ever had and I always try to support local businesses. Blue chic SA you need to re-evaluate your attitude , you suck at business and you lack professionalism. I will make it my life’s work to tell anyone and everyone of this awful experience. I will also be reporting you to the consumer council your ****a shop needs to be closed down !!!!!
