When will we be heard.

I am so disappointed in the accounts department. Our church account is currently over R7000, we only have service on a Sunday for 3 to 4hours. How can it be that we get charged so much every month for removal... Not sure what they remove coz there is no garbage.

The same with my mother's account who is a pensioner. She app**** for mashikane of which the counselor signed off. I think she already app**** 7 times with no luck. She must keep on submitting documents and affidavits just for them to dispose of the documents not even sure where my dad's death certificates and ID copies landed up, but some of the government staff gets Mashikane. I have even sent the financial manager an email over 6 months ago up to date not even a reply.
