Ayub Khan : Bluedot
Poorest service I have came across in the last few months! I was being assisted by a man called Ayub Khan. Spoke to me in the rudest manner. I took in forms to they office with all the correct information. He then decided to write down wrong information and blame it on me. When asked to fix the matter he’s reply was “ I don't have to justify ourselves”. Rudest staff member ever! I do not recommend him and his service to ANYONE!!!

BAD SERVICE AND DAMAGED MY PROPERTY
BLUEDOT DRILLING - ANTHONY - TERRIBLE - PAID PHASE 1, PAID PHASE 2, WHEN PHASE 3'S INVOICE ARRIVE, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE R30 000, HE DOUBLED IT - R60 000.00. HE GOT AGGRESIVE ON THE PHONE, SAID HE WILL PUT IT DOWN. HE VERBALLY SAID THEY WILL CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS, THE GRANITE DUST, WAS ALL OVER MY PLANT INTO MY BEDDINGS, GARAGE DOORS, EVERYTHING. I DIDNT SEE THE R4500 INTO MY BILL, TRUSTED HIS VERBAL AGREEMENT, HE STOPPED THE CLEANING, SAID MY GARDENER CAN DO IT. THEY MADE A HOLE INTO MY PAVING, LEFT IT LIKE THAT, BROKE MY PAVING TO PIECES, PROMISED TO FIXED, BUT HE BLOCKED ME. SAID THE 3RD PHASE THAT HE DOUBLED HIS PRICE, I CAN GET SOMEONE ELSE, WHICH I DID. BUT MY PAVEMENT IS GOING TO COST A FORTUNE, AND HE RAN AWAY!!! BLOCKED ME. THIS IS WHAT THE SCARY THING IS ABOUT CONTRACTORS, PAYING THEM UPFRONT.

Ripp off
We really had bad service from this Company - they really made a big mess when drilling then tried to over charge us for pumps and installation, when we refused to carry on with the pumps etc. Anthony became very rude and aggressive. We were able to do the complete installation off the grid with filters etc for a fraction of his price. He now ignores our calls and refused to fix the driveway and paint the wall, please shop around I am sure you will get a beter deal.
