They scratched my car and didn’t fix it

I am disappointed to report that my car was scratched during a wash on 9 March. While the footage was not conclusive, there is a strong likelihood that the damage occurred when a staff member drying my car used a step ladder without proper foam roller protection. It seems possible the scratch happened when she opened the doors without moving the step aside. I am unhappy with the outcome. I believe the car wash is liable to cover the scratch but didn’t because they opted to defer the responsibility. For fellow customers, take clear pictures of your car before the wash. This will help you if any issues arise afterwards. Or choose a different car wash. Stephen attend my issue and would like a reevaluation.
