The worst Estate to reside in, you file a complaint and they take months to resolve and issue. Currently there is a problem with plumbing and this is going into the 3rd month. They send a plumber and the problem is fixed for the day but the drain blockage begins the following day. I cannot express how frustrating this is, when you flush the toilet the extraction comes right back up my shower and the toilet sink. It is always stinking and I now do not know who to report this too.. If you're looking for a residential area for yourself or family, don't bother with Blue Lake Estates, trust me...your complaint will be attended to in months time OR no assistance at all!
