Training was good until you got to the floor and you have to dial. Terence was the team leader but he knew nothing about the product. When you correct him he would get angry and defensive. He would demand sales but once you get a sale he will make his own thing on your sale and then when the sale comes back from QA he will force you to fix it even though he is the one that messed it up. He was ****** too since he didnt give coloured guys unpaid days even though they never brought a sick note. 8am-6pm for a R4500 basic? That company is underpaying people and taking advantage of them. Their leads are a mess. Blue mercury is a waste of time and energy honestly. I wouldnt reccommend it to anyone. No one deserves such company to gain experience.
