I need my money from BlueOceans

Please assist me Blueoceans keeps on deducting my money &I do not owe them anything.

Last month they told me that they made a mistake when they were capturing &put my details instead of their client &they will cancel the deduction.Unfortunately it is not cancelled even this month they deducted my money.

Please Hello Peter may you ask them to refund me my money &cancel my name please
