letsatsi needs to get this sorted as well as blueoceans

i got handed over by letsatsi due non payment even after paying the account up they still dont want to send my paid up letter i even went to the extent of emailing and all they can tell me i need to send a full credit report even after sending screen shots and letting them know about me not being able to download a credit report they havent gotten back letsatsi really needs to get this sorted because it affects my credit score and not allowing me to move forward this is rediculous
