Blue star a Ripp off
This product and after sales service is poor. I have agreed to install this product and its my worst decision. The product is of poor quality and a waste. The after sales service is poor or non existant

Very professional and always going the extra mile. The consultant i dealt with stayed after working hours to assist me and the very next morning the manager called me to ask if i was happy with the service provided, exceptional customer service!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone

BEWARE OF SANLAM AND THEIR ADVISORS
Sanlam sent one of their "best advisors" to assist me in sorting out the mess they created. Nicky Blignaut came to see me, very friendly, but please beware as the friendliness is only a front. I told her that I would like to retire with comfort. She consulted with me and placed my retirement annuity on a echo bonus system. The advisor fees, administration fees and cost is more than the premiums, resulting in my annuity not growing at all. Actually it decreased to cover the cost. When I equired, it was stated that my annuity was placed in the market. Who in their right mind will place an annuity in the market!! Please be vigilant.
