I did a quotation for pool renovations with Bruce from Blue water pool &home improvements....He started the job I paid deposit and R4200 extra for a new pool filter... The job took some time as there was delays from his side and eventually he was almost finished, came the time to fit in the new Filter is not there was never bought and he used the money for something else... I owe him a balance of R3000 for his labour costs. .. I can not pay this without him finalising the Filter issue, he refuses to finish and wants to suck more money from me

I am yet to receive and have the new filter installed till today ,from Late Nov when the job started
